Statement data received before 9:00 a.m. is typically processed, printed, and mailed the same day. Data received after 9:00 a.m. will be mailed within 24 hours. This means that your bills are received faster and you will receive your money faster.

QSI manually reviews all statements, ensuring the integrity and accuracy
of the invoices.

Your business is one of a kind, and your invoices should be, too. Rather than use templates, we
design customized documents targeted to meet your organization’s needs.
How our Service Works
- You’ll continue your monthly billing on your own computer with existing software.
- Instead of printing out your own documents, you’ll simply upload a "print file" to our secure web site and we’ll print your bills.
- We’ll insert the documents into mailing envelopes, together with remittance envelopes, apply bar codes, and mail them.
- Your customers will receive documents two to three days after you upload your file You’ll receive all this, including postage, for our best competitive rate. Pricing is affected by quantity, color print,color paper, and back printing options. We can also insert other sales information for a nominal charge.
